The Vision
Two verses come to mind as I describe this event.
“Iron sharpens iron, as one man sharpens another.”— Proverbs 27:17
Brotherhood. Taking to the mountains of Colorado will be exactly that. Iron. Sharpening. Iron. From climbing mountains, to building fires, to breaking bread with men of equal yoke. We will be sharpened in everything we do.
The second verse?
“Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you. Let me teach you, because I am humble and gentle at heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy to bear, and the burden I give you is light.”— Matthew 11:28, 30
Rest. Solitude. The Bible countless times displays Jesus “withdrawing” to the wilderness... why? To disconnect from the world. To recenter His connection with the Father.
Let's be real, guys, our world is full of noise. From IG reel to IG reel, episode to episode, even relationship to relationship. We have more going on than humanity ever has before.
How is this noise drowning out God's voice in our lives? What's it doing to the state of our soul?
We are yearning to “be still and trust that HE is Lord.” Beyond stillness, Jesus says His yoke is easy to bear, this means that in life there will be a load to carry whether you are a believer or not.
But if you believe and adopt Jesus' ways, that load becomes easier to bear, easier to manage, easier to digest. We will be learning the King's way of life and implementing that in our day-to-day lives as we return home. Worshiping, studying the scriptures, and living it out.

Cabins in Woodland Park, Colorado. Fly into Denver International Airport (DEN).
What's Included
Lodging and meals, fully covered. Book your flight, show up, and we handle the rest.
What to Pack
Water bottle, hiking gear, and layers. Mountain evenings get cold. You'll want them.
Connectivity
Limited cell service. That's not a bug, it's the point. Emergency contact maintained at all times.
