Elevate is taking a mission team to serve Jaco, Costa Rica alongside our partner, Horizon Church.
Jaco is one of the prostitution capitals of the world, heavily influenced by cartel presence.

We are going to bring spread the gospel there. Our team will be feeding the homeless, sharing the gospel, and
helping Horizon continue laying the foundations for the Farm of Hope — a 12-month men’s rehab discipleship
program located deep in the jungles of Costa Rica. Horizon recently acquired an additional 500 acres for the

Kingdom of God, and we will be helping establish the groundwork for long-term discipleship on this new

land — building housing, a community center, and outdoor farming/gardening spaces for these men to work, heal,
and rebuild their lives.


This trip is planting foundational roots for a discipleship movement that will impact an entire nation for Christ.

What Can I Expect?

You buy your "mission ticket" and cover your travel. We cover the rest from lodging, food, activities, etc.

Mission Work?

Yes, this is a mission trip we will be serving the local community in various ways so prepare your heart for service. (More info above and below)

Where/When do I fly in?

San Jose Airport (SJO)

Fly in - 1/27/26 before 12pm
Fly out - 2/3/26 after 8am

What do I need to bring?

Bring clothes for serving, hiking, workouts, swimming, dinner, and church. Also bring your Bible, dopp kit, and a water bottle.

Co Ed?

Yes, we will have a 14 person mission team comprised of men and women. We will stay separately from each other.

Church Partnership?

Elevate Pastoral Advisor and Pastor of Horizon Church, Todd Yancey, has invited us down to Costa Rica to partner in his mission.
